I experienced billing issues that went unresolved for the entire length of my lease. Employees made promises to fix the billing issues and could not deliver. They provided an office but could not provide a key until the system kicked out the previous tenant. They instead put tape over my door so I could have access. My office furniture order was submitted but the furniture was never delivered. I hope your experience is better.

If you have a good startup idea, this is the place to go to in Cincinnati. You literally cannot break the bank renting here, and the environment is pristine.
