I went there to find a coworking space. They gave me the 4 o'clock appointment and said no one told them about it. I tried to show them the email, but my cellular data Internet did not work in their office building. I asked if I could borrow the Wi-Fi so that I could show them the email and the previous co-working space I used to go to and they said it was against the policy to share the Wi-Fi password. They did not even bother to give me an Alternative and the Lady honestly seemed super uncared because he just went back to her bookkeeping as if she had no care in the world about my situation. Definitely not going to be working with them. on a sidenote, no one is going to steal your Wi-Fi and use it in the parking lot or try to hack your data! This is not how you treat potential customers!

***WARNING***RESEARCH - REGUS ON THE "BBB" WEBSITE FOR ****ALERTS!!!!! AND ***UNANSWERED BILLING/COLLECTION ISSUES ------ COMPLAINTS*** Lots of promises, once your in ... things change, unfortunately now they have your banking information! Think twice!

My firm leased space for five months while waiting for our permanent space to be finished. It was an awesome experience. Michelle and Franny did a great job in making sure our needs were met. I highly recommend using Regus Cincinnati if in the need of temporary or even more permanent space.

Never deal with Regus they will lie to you, if you sign for one month your automatically putting on 12 month contract
