Absolute amazing space!! We held our team workshop at Serendipity. Our employees had such a great time that we're booking another date next quarter. Kristen is fantastic! She made our workshop extra special and treated our team members like family. I love this space.

As part of a renovation going on, my office building is currently using Serendipity Labs as a temporary office space. All the staff have been very courteous and are easy to talk to, which makes work enjoyable in an unfamiliar office space. I’m grateful for how well lit and clean the spaces are kept and that the staff are always available should you need them.

Experience Columbus held an offsite meeting at Serendipity Labs and was provided with such great hospitality from all of their staff, especially their General Manager, Kristen and their Director of Sales, Kelly. Even on such short notice of booking the meeting they were quick to respond to emails, provided assistance with parking, and recommended catering. They were eager to answer any questions we had. They even allowed us to come in the day before to test out some of our computers with their projector to make sure they worked. They had the room set up exactly the way we asked with coffee, tea, and water ready for our meeting. Experience Columbus would most definitely recommend Serendipity labs as a great off site meeting for any company, organization, or event.
