I have had my office at the Regus-Independence, Ohio location for five years. I have been delighted with the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff. The staff is always willing to "Go the extra mile" to help, no matter how large or small the request. My clients are very impressed with the offices every time they visit. The office and beverage area are always neat, organized and clean. My clients enjoy the refreshments in real, environmentally friendly china, not just paper cups. The complimentary use of other Regus locations all over the world is a tremendous bonus I use when travelling. I am extremely happy I chose to locate my office at Regus.

I would definitely stay away from this company. I have had a horrible experience. After my current lease ends, I will be terminating and moving on. Their advertising is dishonest. The sales people do everything they can to get you in the door. They paint a very rosy picture. But after you sign the contract and occupy your office, they hit you with extra charges. And they are everywhere—they charge extra for using the Internet, and for walking through other rooms. In my case, none of my software would work because the Internet they had is awful. And the other tenants explained to me that they do that intentionally. Because you are then required to get your own Internet. But by doing that, they charge you a monthly “technology fee.“ Also, they inform you that if you leave, they will not forward your mail unless you sign up for a global pass that costs $100 per month. So you are basically stuck there. Also, they advertise a free phone number if you lease from them; but you are never allowed to port that number over in case you leave them! Basically, my bill has an extra three to $500 per month for very odd charges. And you are stuck. And the worst thing about my experience was this: I leased two offices, and one of them expired six months before the other one. They had leased the one that expired to someone else without telling me, and they forcibly kicked us out of it. And because we were not ready, and because we were not notified that we had to leave, we forfeited our deposit.

Could not be more shocked and appalled by these people and their outrageous practices.We went with them for a spell and then terminated, they have continued to invoice us for several years now and while we owe them nothing they are looking for thousands of dollars.I would recommend avoiding these folks and their shocking business practices.The absolute worst.
