****Avoid by all means***. - I signed up and they bombarded me with emails... I received 15 email in 2 days! - Lots of hidden fees including a cleanup fee and a repainting fee although I was renting a cubicle with no walls and they charge per sq ft. - Untrained staff especially at the front desk. Although I had my fees paid in full they tried to boot me out of the place and kept popping into my cubicle, asking me to leave cause the front desk staff had no visibility to the billing system. - They charge a ridiculous amount of money for coffee and tea. They auto sign you up into their coffee program unless you opt out by sending an email. - Their staff keep spamming you with useless emails inviting you to meaningless events. - They put you through a mandatory onboarding meeting where they go through pages and pages of rules and regulations.. at the end of that session I felt I was being employed by them. - Very old building. - Lights go off after 5 pm and on weekends. Also if you come early you will have to work in the dark. You have to go through a futile process of sending emails and getting approvals to get the lights switched on everytime you need them. In summary, if you wish to co-work at an old and dark building with a bureaucratic management, this is the place to be.
