Great parking ,the sign for the building was low to the ground and hard to see. Very professional employees.

This temporary transition from home to office was promised to be professional and accommodating. While Katie at the front desk was incredibly responsive and informative, my experience with Sales, other support staff and the Account Help Desk was dismal. The office was not clean when I arrived, as it was promised, I had to ask for the carpet to be cleaned. The carpet was cleaned only after several requests and that was about 6 weeks later. The walls were never painted with holes in them. Now I am charged premium price for someone else to get a used office. There is noise from other offices, but that is from uninsulated walls. However, my impetus to move out quickly was the unreliable internet. Not only was it slow, the IT support was sarcastic and unhelpful in resolving issues. Video conferencing was untenable and was not useful for training. This space was pretty, but only useful for some face to face meetings.
