Be very careful doing business with this group. I went in on a Fri afternoon to look at spaces. Over the weekend while looking over the agreement, I had a few concerns. The Area Sales Manager reached out to me to address them. He was convincing and I ended signing the lease late Saturday afternoon. On Sunday I realized that the issues were still going to be a problem. I also learned that my liability insurance was going to be astronomical since the building does not require masks. I needed to have insurance to work and wasn’t going to be able to afford it at this building. First thing Mon morning I emailed him, letting him know that it was not the right fit and that I couldn’t go forward with the space. No one got back to me. About a week later I started to receive emails about moving into space. I followed up, letting them know that I wasn’t moving forward. The response I got was that the only way out of the lease was to file for bankruptcy. I explained my situation again via email, and again no one got back to me. I have received another notice that my rent is overdue and that late fees have been applied. I called the Sales Manager and he told me that there’s nothing he can do – that most likely I’ll be sent to collections or the end is some sort of settlement. I’m not giving up. However, it’s important for others to know how this company is running their business. Update on this review after response from the owner: First of all, it’s nice to finally get one. And yes, I did reach out to the help line. I got the response that I was told I was going to get: the same information I’ve already been told. Nothing has changed and I was told it's not going to.
