Beautiful office space with friendly and helpful staff. Tall windows and modern design made it a pleasant work environment with lots of natural light. Location is nice, with plenty of lunch/dinner options nearby. Alexandria and Sam played a large role in my positive experience. They were both eager to help in any way possible, and did a great job managing the space. Karen was a pleasure to speak with when signing up. She always greeted me with a warm welcome and helped ensure my questions were answered.

*****MINUS STARS*** I ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST THIS WITHOUT IT. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. WE TERMINATED OUR AGREEMENT AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING US RENT. I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE IGNORED MY REQUESTS AND MOST RECENTLY, ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME.

This is not an honest company. They will hold your deposit for longer than the legal limit, they will fee you to death, and they will use their terms of service to nickle and dime you whenever they can. Honestly, stay away from at all costs. There are much better coworking spaces out there.

If you want to be charged forever and not have a single support request answered or resolved - great option for you. Their online portal is a mess and the help desk ignored handfuls of emails when I tried to cancel and just kept billing us. When I finally got ahold of someone (via phone) they let me know they will cancel it for the end of next month w/o any offer to refund. Would not recommend.

I am not sure why this spot only has one star. I love it here. I was working from home during the pandemic and decided to tour Spaces. They have three tiers of office rental options. A very basic tier where you get access to all the common areas for just $100 a month and I think you even get access to discounts at all other SPACES. For a little more you can get a coworking desk with a locker and then the next tier is a private office. It's a very clean, state of the art located in the heart of Slabtown. I had a coworking desk but because I do a lot of zoom calls, I needed more privacy and got a private office, which I love! This place is super friendly, super covid- safe and I'm finding it a lovely detour from working at home all the time. I am sure it will be a thriving location once all the businesses are at full capacity once again. For now I am quite happy here.
