Brilliant office space - we have been looking for an office in Leeds and decided on St Pauls House for a number of reasons. The location is obviously fantastic for anyone who knows Leeds - very smart part of town and will be especially great in summer. In addition the offices are immaculate and facilities certainly the best of all the places we viewed. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a new serviced office.

Fantastic office space and location. We are a FinTech company providing Business Banking services. The building is clean, tidy and the communal areas are modern and very well kept. There is ample parking, and we are close to transport links. The customer service is second to none, we feel confident and proud to invite our clients to our office premises, knowing the building, facilities and services is in keeping with the high level of service we provide our clients. Lisa has been brilliant, she has single handily managed to resolve all our moving-in enquires and needs. We have also heard great comments about Courtney and Sammy from other people in the building. Looking forward to working from here.

I can honestly say Lisa and Courtney have been amazing from day one - they are both so helpful and friendly, and they always go above and beyond for our company. The offices are lovely and serviced to a high standard. We really enjoy the office and facilities you offer! We also absolutely love the events you hold, both lovely ladies! Can't recommend the Orega staff enough!

Lisa and Courtney are fantastic hosts of the site and great at welcoming our guests and visitors to the excellent meeting rooms. The rooms have the best contemporary facilities for productive meetings. Definitely recommend.

I cant speak highly enough of this office. The location is great and clients regularly comment on the building and the park. Parking outside is usually available, and is great for clients who only need to pay a couple of quid for the duration of a meeting. Once inside the customer service team are excellent in every way. They greet the client, and receive documents for me when I am not there. It is the strength of the Customer Service Team that I renewed my contract when it expired.

Lisa, Courtney and Tasha in the Leeds office are brilliant! Their client care is exceptional, and they are extremely professional. It's nice walking into work and having a positive happy greeting.

really friendly staff, clean office space and all facilities needed with tea & coffee facilities available. Lisa, Courtney & Tasha always helpful and on hand when needed would highly recommend them for anyone needing an office space for your business
