For a month now I have been working remotely in a Regus-Oviedo space and I am delighted. The work spaces are clean, bright and very well equipped; The payment process is completely transparent and the best thing is the team made up of Nacho and Ana, who are very professional and help you feel at home.

I give it one star because you can't do less! This office in Oviedo is a disgrace, the contract that was given to me was grossly misleading. Ignacio is so professional that he offers you a contract, for half an hour to appear in your office and tell you that 'he forgot to mention that there is a deposit of 200 euros'. A month after leaving the office and closing the contract, two unexpected transactions of £151 and £25 appear. One month after!!! I call Ignacio and he tells me that... I will know what I have signed..., and that if I don't like it, I should go to court (he refuses to tell me what it is about). He hangs up on me because he knows how unreasonable he is being and that it has nothing to do with what we talked about on the phone. Because obviously what he said when I gave my notice was that part of my deposit will be returned to me at the end of the month, and instead he kept charging me from my account without my permission... I just hope all the calls were recorded , so that their strategy of cheating to obtain maximum financial benefits comes to the surface. I will only say that I used the Regus de Mendizábal for a week, and after 7 days I gave my notice that I was leaving. So far they have charged me more than 600 EUROS!!! Until now I was a regular customer of Regus in the UK, and I have never encountered such questionable behavior.

I have 2 German academies, one in London and the other in Freiburg. In London we are in a Regus space on Fleet Street and our “package” includes the use of public spaces (“lounge”) in other “Regus” offices. This month I have to work for a few weeks in Oviedo and the experience at the Regus Mendizábal could not be better. The owner Ignacio and Anna at the reception do everything possible to make my stay here as pleasant as possible. Within an impressive building, in the modernism style, are multiple offices of various sizes, tastefully renovated to a high and modern standard. Some of the offices have views of the Oviedo cathedral. Are you looking for a private office or co-working space in Oviedo? I recommend Regus Mendizábel.
