The worst commercial rental experience I have ever had. It is mind blowing how poorly the local management and the national corporate management communicate. My Regus experience was a neverending nightmare and I was just renting a small office. The office itself and the staff working inside the local location were great! But the leasing / sales management and the invoicing by corporate will be very very bad. I could not recommend Regus to anyone. Stay away! Build your own office out of plywood and glue before you make the mistake of renting anything from Regus. You have been warned.

DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!! They overcharge your account seemingly every month. I had to audit every single bill to find charges for things I never used. At the end of the term they will charge a "restoration fee" per square foot of your office. Hundreds of dollars. Even if you return it in the exact condition provided. They take this fee WEEKS before your lease even ends- without permission. Shady company with shady billing practices. Considering reporting to the AG's office.

Nice building with a nice view and well located in Philly. Haven't been in it much, just did some IT work for a company that rents some office space for one of their branches there. Building staff were very nice and helpful while also not presenting loose building security.
