We had a lovely relaxing stay. The beds were super comfortable. Location was close to Battersea Park. It is one of those hotels I would be happy to book again for. The staff were very good. Breakfast was good selection of hot and cold food. The separate bath and shower were a plus.

The staff are great. Naomi deserves a special mention for her professional work ethic and making me feel as if I was at home. The room I had was very spacious, it included a king size bed, large sofa, a wide desk with a huge TV, and a couple of miscellaneous pieces of furniture. The breakfast was decent too. £14.95 for a buffet. A large array of cold options and also hot food (full English breakfast).

Nice accommodation, King's size bed! A bit expensive. I have expected more attention to detail from 4 stars: shower hose was partially broken, great to have a sink in the room, but water was splashing on me and floor, out of 3 lifts only one in service.

Very accommodating staff. Very clean hotel, esp the rooms. Soundproofing is good, you can sleep well😊

Had an amazing stay during a business trip. Greeted with treats and handwritten note left by the general manager himself in our room. The breakfast was great and the team was lovely. Look forward to my next stay!
