The people make the difference. Fabiola at the front desk is very helpful, polite to my clients waiting in the lobby, and responsive. The building itself needs a bit of an upgrade, particularly the carpet on the stairs and bugs that I sometimes come by on the way to Premier.

Visited a Doctor. Parking is easy, free & convenient. The building has an elevator to the 2nd floor if you don't want the stairs. Well maintained facility.
