I leased space here; My experience is what I needed it to be. Quick... Time is money quick! Very professional and attentive. Everyone made sure that from coming in to signing to moving in... All my bases were covered. I cannot express how awesome Anibal and his team have been. Quick to answer questions and ensure I get settled in and.... Well ... Get to work! Spacious facility Easy in and out Lots of amenities Excellent location and close to food and everywhere you need to be near the heart of Pasadena.

Stopped by by mistake as i was looking for WHBM, i was really frustrated. I was told to go to suite 500. Leah was so amazing.. she told me a lot of people come here bc the address is listed incorrectly. She wrote the correct address on a sticky note. she was sweet kind and professional. What an angel.. if this is how she treats someone who is passing by, how would she treat an actual customer. wish more people did their job as well as her. God bless you Ms Leah you brightened my day!

I come here for weekly appointments, and it's a nice building, that is easy to navigate. The restrooms are kept well, which is great, since they are open to people on the floor.
