She's proactive in anticipating tenants needs, problem solving, and positively engaging with tenants and our guests alike. Just a quick overview for those you is considering this place for a business office rent:
- Once we signed an agreement and paid initial payment and security deposit our credit card was hacked and used by unknown persons, had to contact bank for multiple payment cancellation. Coincidence? That was the only time in my life experience when my cc was stolen and used in that way.
- Later, we received an open envelope from PayPal with explanation - it was delivered like that. Nice! Sure, it was delivered like that.
- During a few years our cost of renting jumped more than 200% with increasing security deposit each time you renew your agreement
- Once you decided to leave, forget about your grown security deposit - they'll take for cleaning, for mail service and for "I will assess the space and let you know if any additional fees need to be deducted" taking into account that the room was practically not used at all. Plus, the soonest time you can get the tiny rest of your deposit is 60 days!
Conclusion: Lots of hidden costs and tricks, risky. Keep away!
