A great environment to work. Clean, modern & spacious. The common area are kept cleaned through out the day. The staff are mindful of needs are available for help. I also enjoy the weekly email detailing classes available or new helpful tips for working in the shared space. Enjoyed my time in the space. thank you

Lost our mail the entire time we had our service. Complained and got nothing but rudeness and incompetence from the staff. Members of our team went to pick up our mail and found non-personnel going through the mail and the door where the mail is kept open. We canceled our account after they refused to take responsibility claiming they did a wonderful job. This is after they informed us they were sending our mail to us and did not. After three weeks we contacted the office and asked where our mail was and the manager Rachel advised they did us a favor delivering it to us and we should be grateful. we have had contracts and customer check lost. Dont use this business. Reporting this horrible business to USPS for fraud and will likely file a civil suit for monies lost since they have violated our agreement and did not manage our mail the last 15 days of our agreement. We have no idea where our mail is ! insane!

Primary is a fantastic shared workspace. The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The office is comfortable, well-designed, and has a great atmosphere that makes it easy to stay focused and productive. I highly recommend Primary to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional coworking environment.

Our company has been a member of Primary since 2017 (a few months after it opened). We have seen it from before the pandemic and through to the other side. We have been happy with our experience with Primary and recommend it to other small businesses. The staff are universally helpful and friendly and the spaces are comfortable and enjoyable!

Top notch working space. Great facilities, decor, feel, and very clean. Very friendly and serviceable staff. The community is great too, very considerate with phone calls etc., and I love attending the social events to meet with others. It’s a pleasure to come to the office!

It's great! Lots of spaces big and small. Great for mixing up the vibes or escaping to a spot for silence or a quiet call. Would be nice to have better common space sunlight .... and, Manhattan. Overall impressed.
