Nice office and friendly staff locally, but 4 months after using an office I'm being pursued by corporate for failure to pay--despite that I paid in person on the day I used the office. Corp team has made it remarkably difficult to provide proof of payment, insisting I upload via an app that throws errors and that they want proof of bank transfer when it was paid by credit card, etc. Moreover, my online account has had a default payment method saved since I set it up, i.e. since before I ever used a Regus office. They seem to be struggling with disconnected systems and putting the burden of that onto their customers. Update re reply: I appreciate the response, but you haven't given me useful contact info. The customer service (from corp, not QRO) has continued to be terrible. And despite that the local office has now confirmed that I paid--to corporate--corporate is still acting like a bunch of idiots--which I imagine probably reflects the systems/processes at hand vs. them as individuals, but wow has this been frustrating. Easily the worst customer service I've had in years. By far.
