Just checked in here earlier tonight and I cannot express how impressed I am with the service, Anine, Alva & Joao are a credit to your staff all dressed very smartly, very polite and greeted with smiles .. the room is very tidy, the music in reception is fantastic and really brings in the ambiance with the fire place. The night playlist is my personal favourite. Natalie you should be very proud of your hotel

We had a work related event there and halfway through the event the room smelled like sewage. We weren't notified or anything about it, and I understand accidents happen, but it was a bit concerning for such an expensive hotel to have sewage issues.

The room was clean and was facing the forest. It was a calm and out of the city hotel. Can walk to the sea shore which has an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stand roughly 300M away to the city and there is a Hertz rental pickup / drop off in the property. Would be ideal for a getaway from the city.

I'm very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It's well appointed with some nature around. Entrance is welcoming and I think my room is very nice indeed. It's well-equipped and the bed is comfy. Parking is not free, but it's seldom free these days I find in most hotels. I had a nice room service brought up by friendly staff.
