The receptionist and the Centre manager are rude, i agree with Nick, they need interpersonal Skills. They think they are doing clients a favor. Very arrogant and they don't value clients. I have been told that i will be charged more for dishes left in the kitchen sink. Bad Combination between the receptionist and Centre Manager.

I use the business lounge from time to time. I personally think the staff need interpersonal skills No hello when entering or leaving even though I greeted. Last time exactly the same. Honestly think they think they doing me a favour.
