Presented a lease contract for company document renewal, but unfortunately, the experience was unsatisfactory. The contract authentication process took around 20 days instead of the expected maximum of two days. This delay resulted in financial losses for my company due to contractual obligations with the government. Additionally, when I requested a modification in the contract, the transaction, which was supposed to be completed in one day, took 10 days to be finalized. The employee Maria provided excellent assistance, but the management or partner in Ajman exhibited very poor and slow service, showing a lack of concern or professionalism towards their clients. I suggest that you consider taking full ownership (100%) of the place to avoid losing your customers.

A decent place to work and the Regus staff Ms Mariya was very kind enough and went an extra mile to deliver my Laptop charger to Dubai which I had forgot in hurry. Kudos to her.
