Beautiful building, friendly and helpful front office. However, as soon as you need help because, for example, you are in dire straits financially, they are not at home. It is not possible to think along, because at the front they have zero mandate and everything is decided centrally based on rules. Whether you are at risk of financial collapse or may no longer be able to pay the bills, they don't care about that. Thinking along, making an arrangement, that is not an option. Literally: "you can only get out of the lease if you have been declared bankrupt". I would never rent there again!
