I went here to sit an exam. It's not well documented where you can park your car to start with. I somehow managed to get into the parking but I have no idea if this was intentional on their side since they declined parking to somebody else 5 minutes later. The whole area is reachable quite well but use navigation since, well, Amsterdam... Inside I waited to be shown to the exam room. Staff are friendly but have no idea about your exam. This is ok since you should get full instructions from your examination authority. I was able to use the restroom and get some coffee before the start so all ok. My exam was in a room adjacent to people what seemed like shouting into a conference call which was annoying but not horrible. The staff stored my bag in a locked room and after the exam it was still there so no complaints there. It's not the worst place to have an exam but I would personally not rent an office space there (which is what my examination authority did).

We signed up for a virtual office with Regus several weeks ago, and so far due to their incompetence and lack of responses to enquiries we have been unable to use the service at all. Firstly we were invoiced three times what we should have been, which took quite some time to resolve. Secondly we have been trying to find out something simple like how we can receive post at the virtual office - something you'd think would be quite simple? Well not with Regus. There is absolutely no information whatsoever in their web portal. Requests sent via their help portal take days to receive a strange un-related reply. One time we were given an email address for the virtual office itself, but when I tried to email all I received was an error. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your virtual office needs.

Our company applied for a virtual office and signed a contract. We first received a wrong invoice and no confirmation. Then a second wrong invoice on a different company name. There has been more than 5 calls and quite a few e-mails to solve the issue but still no solution. The customer service team tries to support us but they can not get a reply from the account manager to sort out the issue, whatever it is. Worst B2B customer experience in the last few years. We are still trying to find a solution while writing this review.
