Frauds! My brother bought a subscription for a month and was charged for 2 months. He called and emailed customer care 20 times and they just didn't cancel it and refund. This is even after exercising the European right to withdrawl. Now they have sent bill for another 2 months when it was clearly communicated to them to cancel. We have to go to court as no option as we had to pay 500 euros for not even 1 day of going.

Skin cancer research is never fun, of course, but it is done properly. Only the chairs in the waiting area are not suitable for the elderly. Can't get out!
