Do not rent from this office. This particular Center has gotten so much worse since they changed office staff. I came by for a few minutes and the receptionist tried to get rid of me. Even though I was a tenant at this location for nearly two years and I just moved my office to another Regus location, she followed me and questioned me as I sat down quietly in the lounge.
I've been a member of Regus for 4 years now, and they wanted me to pay just to sit and check my email. This place has really gone downhill. Even when I was on the line with customer service to get it resolved she came by again and checked her watch as if there was a time limit for sitting. I would pay not to be in this center, the staff is so rude. Avoid this place, they will not treat your clients or visitors well.
UPDATE- I submitted a complaint and got a response a week later saying they would 'reach out' to the center. No action so far.
This review is for the Regus corporation, not this specific location, although it's the location my business was located in for a short time. The CenturyLink Tower is beautiful, and it is not the problem. I paid the security deposit and other fees, including the first month's rent, then moved my business in. Then Regus hit me with an unexpected and unexplained second security deposit (equal to a month's rent), and I paid it, but that put me behind in rent. Eventually I paid the second month's rent late (because it had been used for the second deposit), including a late fee. The third month's rent was due only two weeks after that, and because I was behind, I wasn't able to pay that on time either. About three weeks after that, I was giving notice that I had to move out for non-payment of rent. I moved my business out, then requested (to the receptionist, since there seemed to be no one else to talk to) that one of those security deposits be used to pay the late rent, the other deposit be used to cover the other fees, and they return the balance to me. I was then informed that this was something that would not be done, and I also would owe rent for the following month because I "hadn't given a 30-day move-out notice" (because they had ordered me to move out instead). I was told that I would start receiving calls from collectors, and that if I didn't pay up (after 60 days? 90 days?), those security deposits would finally be applied to my back rent. After they had damaged my credit, of course. Also, they would charge me for additional fees on top of that.
There's not a thing wrong with the CenturyLink Tower, the receptionists are friendly and professional, I like the CONCEPT of the "service" Regus provides, but the way this corporation operates is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for any small business.
I must thank Summer Dyrr at Regus and the team for the help they give me every day!!
When I moved into the building, I was lost with how to set up the office space and with the office equipment to connect to the server and other things.
