Esthela is a phenomenal office manager and a better person. Whether it be a greeting with her warm smile and laugh in the morning or her commitment to office cleanliness, efficiency, and client first attitude, our whole team could not be more impressed. While we do lease through them, the relationship is far from transactional. I feel that Esthela is part of our team. In fact, I introduce her as such we we bring in clients or new employees. During holidays, she even brings in decorations and personalized treats to celebrate. Over the holiday season we even had an office party. If Esthela is at the helm, you can count me in anytime! Finally, the office accommodations are fantastic with prime views of Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, and upscale coffee and break areas complementing multiple conference rooms and shared use facilities.

This center is located next to Fashion square mall in a convenient an corporate environment in downtown Scottsdale, surrounded for the best hotels and restaurants. The center is small and beautiful, great staff always ready to help you.

Under no circumstances should you go under contract with Regus, especially at any location in Scottsdale. Select a local office sharing space that actually cares about delivering quality customer service. When I initially signed on with them, they input my contact information wrong into their system and it took several months to get this corrected and my office location changed to the correct location. They are a complete scam and you will never speak with a human outside of your local office, those who work the front desk can not help you with any administration issues that may arise with your account. After a year of continuous bad service and condescending communication with Esthela Ranger, Community Sales Manager, My account has auto renewed and they are trying to lock me for a second full year of horrible customer service. TIP: When you need to get out of a contract with them, there are companies dedicated to helping you with Regus. This should inform you of how poorly they treat "clients." I will be disputing all charges beyond my initial one-year contract, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, and forever encouraging every business owner to go an alternative route.

I absolutely love this place, located on the 4th floor of the Building next to Fashion Square Mall. Beautiful offices and Meeting rooms !! And The Manager of the place, a Beautiful Latina Lady that always is happy to help you! I highly recommend their offices, and I will be back soon!!

Regus has been good for me and my business, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an office to rent. The recent remodel is nice, took a little longer than expected but Regus was very accommodating during construction. I utilize the telephone answering service for my business, the staff is always professional and I have rarely run into any issues over the last few years I've been here.
