We are having serious problems with Regus. We paid the short check and have not received a response as to when we will be reimbursed even after numerous attempts to contact both the local manager and the regional manager. We left because the structure is horrible, there is a lack of internet and pantry supplies at all times. They do not have good internal or external service with our customers... we hope to resolve our demand amicably, otherwise we can only take legal action.

Nice atmosphere, and in a good location.
The only thing I have to complain about is the internet speed, it is impossible for anyone to work with 5MB speed. They say they have 100MB internet, which in my opinion is very low for a CoWorking. I asked the people who worked there for their opinion, and they were unanimous, the Regus internet in this unit is terrible.

Luxury commercial building in BH. Automatic mechanism of elevators made me a little unsure the first few times! Haha! But I found it very technological! Cafeteria in the lounge has exorbitant prices and the attendants are not very friendly. They also don't seem to like it very much when we use the tables without consuming them, even when the cafeteria is empty!

I have been a customer for almost eight years and have had some complaints about service and billing problems. For a while they charged me an improper invoice.
There was a difference between the fine charged by the bank and the one on their bill. This year the company decided to change the expiration date from 12/25 to 12/24 unilaterally and arbitrarily. I missed the date and had to pay a fee. Anyway, it seems to be a very big company and this makes management and personnel difficult. In the beginning, the finance department was located in Mexico. Not bad overall, but it took its toll and I am, after all these years, considering leaving.

I've never seen a multinational company that doesn't know how much to charge the customer. Elws don't settle an invoice. The facilities are great and the building is excellent, but they will make you angry for the first few months.
