No A/C, very hot during summer time, very noisy outside, lots of hidden cost, difficult to get deposit back. 18 months after moving out I suddenly get a request to start paying some invoices right away, or otherwise my office space will be closed / removed. Very professional.

I actually just wanted to rent a meeting room that I had previously booked 3 times. This time my booking was suddenly out of the system and I was left without a room. The employee on site could not help me, referred me to the hotline. There I only reached an employee after 1 hour, who could not help me either. But she assured me of a response from the boss. I'm waiting for that until today. Then I tried to book the room again via the app. Didn't work again. This is really the last! Regus never again! Beware of the Office Regus Berlin-Alexanderplatz!!!
