Whilst the process of signing the contract with Regus was somewhat challenging as a result of a rather lacklustre and blasé area manager, after using our new office for a couple of months now, my colleague and I are extremely happy with the facility itself and the staff located here. Connie (The Community Manager at the front desk) is a delight and is incredibly helpful and attentive and always smiling. If it weren't for the unnecessarily tedious contract negotiations and us being made to feel that us wanting to do business with Regus was a chore for the contact involved, this review would have received five stars as a result of Connie's efforts alone.

I rent space here. My personal opinion is that Regus is inflexible and difficult to deal with. If I could end my lease with them, I gladly would. I’d think twice before renting at a Regus office again.
