Rather disappointing. We had reserved a meeting room from 9:00 a.m. and were only able to get into the area 2 minutes beforehand because the employee also only started work at that time. No time for preparations or coffee. The rooms serve their purpose, but they were rather untidy and the staff were not friendly.

Regus belongs to the iwg (International Workplace Group) I was welcomed here on Untern den Linden by the responsible Area Sales Manager/Team Leader, who contacted me 3 times in advance whether I would also be able to make the appointment. Of course, I was there on the dot at 9:00 a.m., the area sales manager then explained without being interrupted that there were no more office spaces, but that he could offer me an office in another location for 56 % would exceed!

We advise against using Regus services. The prices do not correspond to those in the offer and post will not be accepted. Incredibly dubious. Hands off.

The location is great. Regus is the largest, but also not the cheapest provider. In this center, the 2 gentlemen at the reception did a TOP job and saved a lot that is not locally acceptable for the prices.

I can only advise against this provider, especially the local Unter den Linden office cannot be surpassed in terms of incompetence. In the event of difficulties or questions, reception can never be reached by phone, the telephone service offered sometimes does not work for days due to technical problems, which as a customer is never informed about, and promises are not kept. The accounting department is located somewhere abroad and does not communicate in any way with the local office. Every small coworking space in Berlin works more competently and reliably.
