The place is always clean. There are some offices with views of the hills and others in a very closed space that have no view of anything... those with views are almost never available. The kitchen is small and is sometimes used for work... For the rest, it's OK.

There are offices of various sizes, but they are somewhat expensive. There are certainly cheaper options, however keep in mind that this Regus complex is located in the same building as the W Hotel in Santa Barbara. The cafeteria is very small but useful.

I had a terrible experience with this space rental, first of all, the commercial promised things that later became a conflict, especially when they closed the 100 with 7 office (the office we used weekly) and getting accommodation in the other offices became in a problem. Despite the fact that we ended the commercial relationship more than a year ago, we have not yet managed to get a peace and safe issued to us, because the accounting disorder they manage is incredible and no one responds, we have sent thousands of proofs of compliance with our obligations, we have emails sent through them where they tell us that we are at peace and safe, however they continue to call to collect invoices that we do not owe, I insist that more than a year has passed and they have not been able to organize our accounting account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
