A word of warning to anyone thinking about taking an office space with Regus with IWG / Spaces. When you leave they charge you a 'Restoration fee', my fee was £138. It's not clear what this is for as it's not used towards any restoration, in my case. I left my 1 person office space in great condition other than a 2 very small holes that need filling for picture frame hooks, which would require a small amount of paint to touch up. I was then sent, 3 weeks after leaving, an email to say they are charging me £447 + vat (£537) to carry out the repairs - this breakdown included a £91 fee to pay for the labourers travel fees, an hourly labour cost of £114 p/h and paint for touch up costing £128 . They are clearly overcharging for this and it needs highlighting. I questioned the fees and after they provided the requested breakdown they didn't respond. The next day they charged my debit card £537. In total they have charged me £675 to exit & restore the office. I never usually take the time to complain or leave reviews but in this case I felt I needed to warn others against Regus. They seem to find away to ensure you're heavily charged on departure regardless.

The Regus office in Castlemead Bristol is not fit for purpose as the Wi-Fi does not work. This is really poor, and Regus should have a responsibility to make the WIFi work for their corporate tenants.

Terrible places for an office, regus tried deducting £419 of our deposit because of a few marks on our office walls, bunch of money grabbers after a whole years of paying our rent on time

Hopeless. Not cleaned, poor WiFi, terrible tea and coffee and disinterested service. All wrapped up in tired decor. Avoid.

Culture of bare minimum The staff are all pleasant but it feels like the Regus business model is run on an attitude of do the absolute least to ensure businesses don't leave. The office I work in has no heating, no lights, the toilets don't work, the Internet is weak and they frequently forget or don't bother to hoover/empty bins. If you want quality this is not the place for you.
