My girlfriend has already written to you on Facebook about where we can lodge our complaint regarding your parking garage.
It happened to us 4 times that we didn't get help with parking and Attila Kaposi, who supposedly works for you, spoke to us in an unqualified tone. We made our announcement to the employee of Inkál Zrt and also to Inkál Zrt. When we left the parking lot, he didn't help us get out, and when we went around the building on Saturday and wanted to ask for help, he was having an intimate relationship with a lady at the concierge desk. But this happened again on weekdays this week. We understand what the girlfriend needs, but the style she allows herself is beyond criticism. In the two previous cases, he also shouted and refused to help. The man managed to find out his name from the employees of the building. I think it happens 1x 2x, okay, maybe a bad day, but often. Several people complained that it is not desirable around the hotel either, because it always sleeps when people look through the glass door. What kind of security service is putting your reputation in an unpleasant situation. It is outrageous that it does this to old women, right in front of our eyes. Please take action on this matter. We are regular guests.
