This isn't a company you want to do business with. They are dishonest, purposefully difficult, and scam artists.
If you're trying to cancel a contract, good luck. Don't take their word for it. Expect them to find a loop to automatically renew without your consent. If you call customer care to complain, nobody resolves anything. They create a trouble ticket and then you get an email defending themselves. You can't talk to anyone other than messengers. It's their way of hiding behind one way communication.
I was ending a contract after a year and decided against renewing because I was moving. I alerted them 30 days early and they told me to terminate my contract online. I did. But that didn't mean anything. It renewed anyways and I've been told there is nothing they can do. I'm responsible for another year. "Your contract was never terminated because 90 day notice is required." Why didn't they tell me that at the 30 day mark? Because they were trying to trap me. Because they're con people taking advantage of small business owners who may not have the representation to fight such lies. It's disgusting. I'll be ignoring their bills and maybe one day take them to small claims court. I refuse to give these criminals another penny.

I signed a lease at this location a few months ago and lusy the manager and the front receptionist was super helpful and understanding of my concern. In the beginning I was explained thoroughly how the process works as this was my first time renting an office space. I've been here for a few months now and my clients are always well taking care of. Not to mention the building is really nice and rustic within a good location.

The parks in this area is tough to find, their lounge is tight and the rest rooms are okay, PPE is mandatory in all Regus places, the dining area is good with microwave and coffee venting machine
