While the facilities are very good, there were many instances during my time here, where my company needed to interact with Regus customer service to resolve issues.
Their computer systems were the crux of most of these, but that didn't bother me, it was my interactions with customer service.
When trying to work with customer service there was not a spirit of collaboration, but more importantly, there was a failure to communicate, a lack of interpersonal skills while interacting with my company. The staff was not service oriented. This has not been my experience with other co-working spaces.

One of my favorite Regus Centers to visit. The space is roomy which allows for comfortable areas to get work done. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The building itself is elegant and provides amenities.

Very Impressed! 5 Stars Review! This is due to the professionalism of the Staff (Jennifer & Sharon), the beautiful location, interior of building as well as the services provided.
The offices in Irvine are unequaled. Super convenient to Fashion Island, Staples, the 73 and some incredible restaurants.
Every client that has ever visited has been impressed. Talk about putting your best foot forward.
I would definitely recommend this location for both temporary offices to a long term solution for all-inclusive services. Check out the workout facility, restaurant on the property and game room. Way to Go Regus!

Let me give you some real facts. Not happy with the Service i thought i requested . no biggie Jason Hammer gave me the best speach that we don't run business like this and will try to get you a refund and cancel... About a month goes by no refund or did not cancel. Did not respond to my emails. Billed again. So I call and said only Jason Can Cancel.... 😁 but wait he wont answer my calls or emails. he was polite and will send email to jason and cc me... 4 days have gone by.. still no response. so here i am. lost about a few weeks of potential clients.. because if Jordan E. from help desk said we send an email to Jason I give it 2 stars. Message to Jason.. never burn Bridges.

I love this place. The staff is friendly and are always attentitive to your needs. I cant express how much the help with all the little extras they provide. Great management and are flexable. I have been nothing but shocked at how well they handle every situation. They really make you feel they want nothing but to help your business grow. I love them the receptionist are by far the best.
