Regus never fails to get there due with all their hidden fees upon cancellation. Never again with this company STAY AWAY. Only good thing was receptionist but doesn’t make up for the scam that Regus is. I have to request my deposit back in order to initiate the process really ?? Termination of services doesn’t automatically initiate that step and you get to hold for another 60 days after ???!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful staff! Brenda and Jasmine are great! Very friendly and always accommodating. The office is very nice and clean. If your looking for a space this is the place to go!

I wish the staff was a bit nicer.
If they were nicer, it'd be easier to oversee the constant internet issues, kitchen utilities being broken constantly and the fun little surprises in my bill for charges we've never discussed.
EDIT: To the response from Regus, I've been in contact with a Regus representative who was not willing to assist in the matter.

Staff distracted by computers in front of them while you speak to them, not attentive or nice. Regus will not resolve issues or complaints; respond with template evasive...."unfortunately, according to your terms" and you are complaining about offices dirty, bathrooms, or staff chronically late to the front desk. foreign language learners that have not learned Business English. Stay away from Regus.

I have been with Regus for more than 5 years. I hate to say this , but not good place if you want to stay focused on your business with out distractions from them. Very poor customer service. I had setup Auto payment on their very poor software interface. They do not charge on top of that they are adding penalty and harassing with us. I'm losing money by staying in REGUS. Please google and find other office spaces.
