This has been the worst first business office experience! My office from Regus is a one-person space with no used phone lines and is fully furnished by me. Yet, after reviewing the invoice that I first received months after I signed the contract, I found that Regus is billing me $831.94 of the1567.28 monthly for six pieces of furniture and seven handsets, neither of which I have in my office or have ever requested. When I disputed the invoices, their response was, "that I agreed to the charges when I signed the contract." So I have only been paying the portion of the invoices not in dispute. When I stated that I would be retaining a lawyer, I was asked to " give us some time to deal with the issue and the office staff would vert back to you" that was in December 2021; fast forward to today & I have yet to hear back from anyone, just getting the run around from the staff, they continue to bill me for the furniture and handsets every month and my services which are paid for separately of the disputed charges have now been interrupted. I've sent four email requests to the office staff requesting information for whom or where my attorney can forward communications, and they refuse to provide me with the information. I've also sent several emails to the office staff requesting specifics on what services are being withheld, and also no response; mind you, I've paid for all other services; the only thing I'm disputing & haven't paid is the portion of the bill that pertains to the six pieces of furniture and seven handsets. Think about it, why would any agree to pay for furntiure on a montly bases over a two year contract when you can just buy a desk & chair for less than $200 and be done.

I was originally at Regas in Playa Vista. Regus was evicted from that building for non-payment but didn't tell us customers and moved to this location at Howard Hughes. However they kept applying payments to the Playa Vista location which was closed. They also did not issue mail forwarding so any mail received to your business was simply returned to sender. I tried to get things fixed with them but they've never followed up.

I represent Money Management International, a non-profit Credit Counseling Agency based out of Texas. We have over 850 counselors across the country. I'm a 1 counselor branch out of REGUS Howard Hughes, in Los Angeles....I'm extremely THANKFUL to my company for securing such a beautiful, clean & professional office space on the 6th floor. Although my co-workers are all over the country, Scott (Regus' Manager) makes me feel as if we all represent the same firm. We are all independent, but the environment although professional very friendly. The reception desk is truly AMAZING- ran by Francis, a true professional in every sense, always well dressed; they greet my clients as if they were their very own, offering them coffee, water or tea while they wait in our modern and super clean lobby. I truly appreciate coming to a clean office & clean bathrooms every workday. Also, highly recommend the stairs for a great & quick workout :) THANK YOU, Regus!!!!!
