AC smells dusty, roaches are everywhere, rest rooms are always dirty and smelly. They barely clean mini offices inside. All shows lack of maintenance. Avoid is office/seat leasing, this place is cramped and they have very bad internet connection.

Community manager has a very poor customer service to clients and her role doesn't fit her position.
We haven't been using their office for more than 12 days now even though we are renting it for 1 month because it will only worsen the situation and our experience.
Not a good place to work with and higher management is not being responsive. Money got wasted and I would definitely not recommend this to anyone or a company. It would surely give you many headaches.

One of the managers is very rude and a liar just to avoid one of her jobs. Very condescending. Very dirty too. Lots of small cockroaches everywhere. Security is not good too. Doesn't take care of their clients very well. Expect to be disappointed. Escalated the concern to the higher ups, no response.

We use this office space and although the space is nice and modern, it can be very hard to get a work space. The main issue with this Regus office is the customer service and lack of response. They are happy to continue to charge you for services that they don't provide as per the contract, and when you ask questions it takes days for responses and that's only after following them up. We have customers who call and no one answers during business hours. My advise stay clear of Regus IT park and look for something else.
