The business model is a great one, especially for small businesses that need facilities on an adhoc base. Clean, professional, Modern rather modestly sized with enough parking. Whether you need a boardroom to meet with clients or your team, shared office space or your own cubicle for focus time, they have a used case for most configurations with a number of billing options and our time there was a very productive.

Public ablutions not up to acceptable standards: 1. Toilet covers are worn and discoloured. 2. Small plate for flushing in cubicles and above urination basins is either loose, or broken or not producing any result. 3. Frequently no toilet paper in Ladies' cubicles. Garden in the square is really inviting. Stairs are wide, safe and easy to use. Kitchen and open work area are well equipped and a delight to use, although trash bin attracts ants. Offices without a view to the outside make one feel like being in a prison cell. Basement parking is top-notch. Co-workers very friendly and helpful. Altogether, I love the modern ambience and subdued colour schemes.

Came on Saturday morning 9:30, no one at reception to open door, so not working during weekend. Should not advertise as open 24 hours
