While we absolutely loved this location and their wifi speed as well as the front desk staff that exceeded expectations we were very disappointed in the lack of complications in booking and that we were charged for a day that had to be rescheduled. It wasn’t cancelled and the facility was far from full. Life happens, it was rebooked and paid for. As a business owner, we feel that to charge for that is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere without resolution of this issue.

I've been in this Regus since 2018 and the service and treatment to paying clients continuously declines by the day. They are raising tenants rents by 75% or more when renewals happen. There is absolutely no one to talk to handle a lease renewal, just a computer system. Part of the reason you pay a premium for a smaller office space is for the front desk service. The front desk is constantly unattended as they stretch the staff thin to different locations. In order to pay rent you have to have a credit card on file, there has been several times they have unauthorized charged my card for services I didn't receive. When you try to get a hold of someone there is literally no one to help. Management does not return calls. The funny part is when you are working with them to initially rent a space they are very tentative and lead you to believe it will be great customer service. Once you are signed up and on autopay is when you really see the ethics that are in their corporate office and in their leadership roles. Wish we could back to pre covid times when Regus had Sharon on board who handled sales and leases and took great care of clients. When they properly staffed the front desk to be attended to at all times, and when they stood by the product they sold.

I have been in this office for the past three years. I am incredibly pleased with the service I receive on a daily basis. The space offers great amenities and is seen as a very prestigiuos location. The support staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgable. I have thought about other options for permanent office solutions but have stayed at Regus in Cherry Creek due to the high level of performance and professionalism.
