Nice location, great view. Meeting rooms very cramped. The air conditioning didn't work properly and the sunlight made it very warm. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We had to point out several times that drinks were missing.

Bad experiences with Regus Cologne.
I was a tenant at Regus in Cologne for a few years and there were some problems. Items that were not ordered were debited, for example a drink flat rate that was not ordered and not used. So check your invoices carefully!
The forwarding of the mail sometimes took over two weeks, and deadlines had already expired by then. The blame was placed on the contracted postal service.
Mail was also mixed up, letters were also forwarded open.
The rent was raised higher than agreed, higher than the agreed consumer price index. Recently over 10%, although the index has only increased by 6.9%. In addition, the deposit was subsequently increased and simply debited. Objections to the increase were not recognized, and all benefits were immediately terminated and locked out. Mail delivered since the lockout has disappeared
Very unprofessional and mistakes are not acknowledged.

Suitable for people who like to have an exclusive address. But I have to say that you pay a high price for this address. By that I don't just mean the financial price, but also a nervous one. Employees (permanent fluctuation) do not know the local companies, so they are exposed in front of the guests. Letters will not arrive if there are even the smallest deviations. If you order a drink, the meeting is almost over before it arrives and so on.

Already very expensive. Some of the offices are very small. It's just a cliché to have an office there. Very difficult to get parking spaces. Many are rented. If one pay machine fails, you have to walk a long way to the next one.
