Service level is continually deteriorating
We have been Regus customers since 2013 and have rented several different office spaces on Waidmarkt.
Unfortunately, it should be noted that the service level is continually deteriorating and prices are rising sharply. Service requests take a very long time or are in fact not answered or dealt with (window cleaning, cleaning of sanitary facilities, replacement of defective roller shutters, temperature control; to name just a few points).
Receiving business partners is hardly possible anymore due to the general understanding of customers!
There are hardly any permanent contact persons or they change frequently and recently there has been a policy that no more cases/inquiries/complaints will be passed on to higher-level managers.
Well, one wonders whether this understanding of service will continue to lead to success.
We are now looking for alternatives as we no longer have the right contact person for our inquiries here at Regus.

Rip-offs without end! The office is closed for no reason! The deposit will not be paid!!! You will not receive a response to emails!!!
