Dishonest scammers - stay away.
Now Regus Ballerup center team and Regus help desk are sending me back and forth each saying that the other is responsible for my refund. Bandits.

Friendly people incapable of billing a simple service correctly. Having been a client of two Regus offices I can say the billing is unnecessarily complicated, incorrect yet automated and persistent. They cannot find a direct debit they took off my credit card themself, even after we showed all the proof they refuse to accept the payment was made. Bureaucracy gone crazy.
Been dealing with this for 6 months now.
Do not engage Regus unless you have time over.

Regus is the worst office community. They defraud their customers and if there are disagreements, they hang up and refuse to answer the phone afterwards.
