The office space is reasonably priced, however the contracts auto-renew by default, without requiring any verification by the renter. So if you, six months down the line, don't remember to cancel, you will be forced into another six months contract. They may also move you to a different office without your permission. What's worse, if you say no, you're still completely liable to pay for the remainder of your contract. The two women who work the front desk are great though.

Sad that you are stealing from individuals and their familiar. Pretending to own an office. Along with other fake business to take 39.90 unauthorized out of account. When asked to refund you never subscribed to any such business. You say you are unable to help. Shame on all of you in this scam

I have had my office here for just over 5 years now. The price is reasonable considering everything is included. The staff is consistently amazing, greeting all of my clients like they are their own. In addition to Stamford, I have opened satellite offices with Regus in several other locations including Miami, NYC, Dubai and London. Tim Scaggs is my local rep and he has been instrumental in letting me grow my business on a limited budget.

My small business had gone to Tim Scaggs over at Regus in Stamford to find a flexible option that would be affordable for us. Fast forward 1 year, 300+ emails later and we are still getting claims companies, the Regus help desk and other parties contacting us because of a mistake that Tim and the regus organization made from the get go by accidentally opening two accounts for us. No one will ever get back to you with an answer, they simply pass you off to the next person and make it their problem. It’s too big of a company for small businesses without leverage to work with as THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with, and I cannot stress enough how unorganized they are. Absolute disaster. Go to we work or find a local office- do not work with Regus.

It is clean, accessible and a decent place to conduct meetings. But this place needs minor upgrades..Not having HDMI cables to connect, using old Projectors is awful. Replace with Big flat TVs and allow wireless connections. Also, there is a need for refreshments area of some vending machine at least for a quick bite.
