nice facilities and convenient place, I am giving them one stars for this as I had bad experience with them for over 1 year renting here, the Center team great and customer oriented except they have one of them, who is rude and really not customer oriented in every way, additionally sales, accounting and the management even worse! they only care about money they don't care about the customer issues. my office had a big issue with piping and I had to struggle with it the whole 14-15 months I was there from the 1st day, sales manager have bad attitude did not handle it at all! tried to complain few times to management but in vain. They owe me over 100$ in credit note but they tried to manipulate the whole thing so they don’t pay me back. I strongly advice anyone considering them to not consider them! There’s a lot much cheaper and much nicer offices in Cyberjaya and KL than this one

I am giving them one star only bcoz had bad experience with them for over 2 years renting here, the Center team are great and very customer oriented and helpful, however sales, accounting and the management not at all! The manager also not responsible. they only care about sales and money they don't care about the customer issues. They deduct payment from my card without my consent!! The system still show outstanding even we had clear the payment. They also forced client to continue the contract.

Small facilities as compared to other Regus office. Enough to do your work and exit. The community meeting room is GREAT. Thank you Regus..
