The only saving grace of this entire place is the incredible receptionist Leslie. The management is terrible, the office director is incompetent, the reservation system is awful, and we’ve never successfully gotten online when we needed to. Literally one woman makes this place bearable through the end of our lease.
They made false promises and now I can't even reach the manager to solve the situation. He keeps saying that he is busy.
I have been waiting for a solution for almos three weeks now.
BTW: I'm canceling my contract right now because it was on a monthly basis, but they can't even want to do that. I have no idea what is wrong with management.
Please I need a solution! Regus, Connecticut in D.C!

4-19-22: Today, we sent another email to the manager of the location, Brandan, and his supervisor. We also called the IWG Debt Collection Team to get some help with our account since we never got one.
Unfortunately, we found another agent (Natalia) that was not happy to help, plus she was extremely rude. For example, when we asked for a supervisor, she gave us a number to a location in Florida, and they told us they were not related to Regus in D.C. How can this happen?
It seems they have so many different departments that it is impossible to get help. The worst part is that I have not been able to cancel because of their negligence. So it seems that I will be charged an extra month that I don't want.
It would be ideal to have one number that I can call and get help right away because every person I have contacted said that they need to contact someone else.
I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I just want to cancel!
5-4-22: Regus please! You guys need a new manager at this location! I still have the same problem and no one has been able to help! What is going on?
I have submitted a thousand tickets, spoke with different people and done everything I can to solve the problem and still no one is helping? Im feeling Im getting rob at this point!

5-5-22: It seems that finally the problem is resolve. I want to thank April for her assistance in the matter.
I'm going to update my one star review to a two star review because finally I got help. However, it took a lot of effort, extra money on my part, time, and talking to many different people almost everyday to resolve something that should be extremely simple.
I was on a month to month contract and I was not able to cancel the contract, I had to pay late fees because I did not got access to my account, which was not my fault, and it seems management, accounting, headquarter, etc, is all manage by different groups and they do not communicate efficiently with one another.
I would recommend replacing a few people and more training.
Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money and Im not getting that back even though once again, not my fault. That would have been a nice touch from Regus after all the nightmare I went thru.
