Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, it was not possible for me to time the arrival time at this office perfectly at 9 a.m. That's why I was there about half an hour earlier every day. The greeting on the first day was very sobering after saying good morning, as I was told in no uncertain terms that it wouldn't open until 9 a.m. But I should wait at reception. When I was asked if I could go to the office, I was answered
The next disillusionment was that I only booked from 9 a.m. When I replied that this had not been a problem during my previous visits to other locations, the answer was: "...then my colleagues would have done it wrong." After I was allowed to watch the master prepare her day and count down the time, she took courage at 2 minutes past 9 and led me to an office, which, according to her, was "booked incorrectly", so that we met up again made the journey and stood in an office, which was obviously a private office; an office for two was booked. The problem was solved by adding an office chair. At 9:15 a.m. my customer called me asking where I was, we had an appointment at 9 a.m.
I would have liked to use this time to prepare, so I first had to explain the inconvenience to my client and apologize and prepare my technique in the client's presence. Personally, I find that unprofessional.
In these first few minutes there was no indication of organizational matters such as drinks or toilets. I had to ask everything. The next day there was the desired office with two workstations, but without the usual Regus look, but with desk surfaces that had not been cleaned and a TV niche without a TV. The third day was nice and expected. It was the same office and I entered it in exactly the same condition as when I left it. Dirty dishes and empty bottles. Like I said, expected!
It would have been very easy and I would not have written this review if my wishes had been accommodated and I had been given access to the office earlier. So I focused on the things that made my stay unpleasant.
I wrote this post on the third day of the mandatory waiting period. I hope I don't go to the Ellipson again.
Answer to the reaction.
I don't want any arrangement for my personal benefit, if that was the idea behind the FB invitation. Especially since I don't have an account either. I would like to have an impact in the interests of all customers and that can be made public. Gain sympathy points and show that you are making a serious effort by explaining why you do certain things one way and not another.
Addition for November 15th and 17th, 2023:
The employee tries very hard and is much more open, but you can clearly tell that she is overloaded with tasks. The first office was again a single office, so wrong, with the note "sometimes the system does it like that". If you know that, then you can change it! In the interests of the customers and in the interests of the employees. The second office was suitable and had a note about restrictions. The restriction was a TV cabinet, but it was picked up during the day. You can deal with this as a customer.
I wrote the addendum while I was waiting for access to the office. It's 9am and my appointment starts now! As a customer, I can't deal with that.

Unfortunately I can only agree with all the bad reviews. If I had read reviews about Regus online beforehand, I would have stayed away from this company.
In summary, I was deceived in advance about the possibility of entering my overpriced business address on Regus on Google. I shared several times that this was extremely important for me to be found. However, this is not possible! After a lot of back and forth with Google, the statement is unfortunately confirmed again and again that entry with a postcard is no longer possible at this address. A video must be made that proves that I am "authorized to represent this location." There must be an outside sign and you must have a key to the location. Since this is impossible, no entry can be made there.
A Regus employee told me over the phone that they were aware of the problem. Due to misuse of the address in the past, Google has tightened its security guidelines here. I consider not telling me this during the consultation to be a fraudulent deception. The team management then stabbed their own employee in the back and said that this statement was not true. It's good that I recorded the phone call with witnesses and the statement was also made again via email.
Everyone can see how Regus deals with employees on kununu and co. read up. It's no surprise that some of the employees are incompetent, arrogant and indifferent, don't know their way around their system and aren't even able to spell my name correctly. All in all, I have now wasted over 1000 euros, and Regus does not respond to my generous offers for an amicable settlement, but continues to insist on the agreed term.
I can only advise everyone to stay away from this company.
Addendum: If you think Regus would give in after reading the answer below: I'm sorry to disappoint. The customer service response was: "You have committed to a six month contract and according to our terms and conditions we cannot terminate this early." Of course you could, you would have to after a malicious deception, you don't want to here. Because Regus is not about customer or employee satisfaction, nobody cares about that. This is all about degrees.
Addendum July 1, 2023: Unfortunately, the extremely negative experiences with Regus continue. Now services that were never booked will also be billed. There really is an unscrupulous rip-off system behind this.
If you're surprised that my addendum above doesn't match the answer from Regus: this is changed every few days, it's the same with Trustpilot.

Had rented a day office from Regus for the umpteenth time and can't complain. Whether Frankfurt, Cologne, Berlin, Leipzig, Hanover or Dortmund, so far everything has been great and that for more than 1 year. Ok, parking situation and unfortunately bad in every city...

Thanks guys for helping me get my salon website online quickly and cheaply! :) I don't have much experience with internet stuff, but the WordPress site they built us makes it easy to log in and update what we need ourselves without having to pay an expensive monthly fee like it most companies require
