Absolutely poor customer service. Once you sign the contract you will be ghosted regardless any issue you may have with the payment or when you are overcharged on the invoice. Examples: I've never got my access card to the office and every time I come to the office reception is saying they will solve this but it's been a year so far without it. And whenever I come to talk about any financial issues (such as incorrect invoice)... nobody is available at that moment.
And be aware - if you have any dispute regarding wrong invoice, good luck getting it resolved quickly. You will be chasing their team for weeks and end up with overdue fees which they send to you for not paying the wrong invoice.

A huge scam. Reviews are fake. Check their dates you will see. I fell for this trap. They dont reply when you get payment issues, keep delaying and then direct you to credit collection bureu who will then take 2 or even 3 times the amount you were supposed to pay. listen to me and forget this scam place h

Support staff is not very efficient. Need to hire people who can speak languages other than Arabic as well. Half the time I am not even able to make them understand what problem I am facing. There is no lost & found department that can help people. Parking Machines don't work properly as well and don't accept card payment.
