Regretfully, my business had a negative experience with this office. When I was signing up for the virtual office, I requested month-to-month pricing and fully intended to sign up on a month-to-month basis. Unfortunately, when signing lots of fine print documents, I assumed that the deal was what I have requested. Instead, when I decided to cancel the service in a few months (note that the office was never used from March to September, when I requested a cancellation), I was informed that the agreement has a one-year term and I will have to pay until March 2024. Although I should have been more diligent, this review is designed for everyone who wants to sign up for a virtual office with Regus, and more particularly, with this Tampa Woodland Corporate Center location (8270 Woodland Center Blvd), to ensure that you get in writing everything you discuss before you sign any agreement or make any payment. For example, not that was big deal, but I also specifically advised the representative in the office that I did not want any mail forwarding service. Not only I was charged for such service, but it took me a week or so to remove the charges that were incorrectly assessed - thus, unnecessary waste of time. That can happen, but in view of a bigger picture disaster, I believe that it shows that what you agree on is different from what you may end up signing up for. It is likely the disconnect between corporate offices and the particular location, but I won't spend time here trying to figure it out. Message to Regus - please ensure you follow the customer's request and provide the customer with an agreement that corresponds to the requested terms. Recommendation to prospective customers - please get everything in writing, review the agreement you are signing (even after you get a confirmation in writing - because then the issue would be with someone who was "signing you up" not having the authority to make those decisions), and maybe re-confirm the deal you intended to enter. I will also note that charging a customer for no services rendered is a bad practice in general. There was no need to collect the money for not deserving it, agreement or no agreement aside. Very disappointing experience. Just a warning to prospective customers in hope that they get a better experience.
In response to Regus reply, please note that before posting Google review, I repeatedly contacted Regus and tried to resolve this issue. It was not done and there was no willingness to do anything about it.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the team here. It started with Dana who helped find the right office and extends through to the two gents who run the front desk. They couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us setup and were willing and able to help on a tricky logistical issue. So far so good!

One the worst Regus spaces I’ve ever worked in. Always had issues with connectivity. Communicating with the management team was a nightmare. This is supposed to be a convenient option but honestly I’d rather work in a parking lot than be in this building again.

My company just moved us into this office building and it’s great. My coworker and I talk a lot on the phone and we can’t hear our neighbors which is awesome. Quiet location, free coffee for employees and guests. Edit: 2 years later and the toilets clog and they close the only bathroom to employees. They don’t clean the offices, put water in soap dispensers and a hallway for a kitchen across from the bathrooms. Coffee is no longer free and there are no longer coffee options. I’d rather work from home!

We worked out of an office here for just under a month & the experience was terrible. We couldn't get out soon enough. Bad communication from management & entirely too expensive for what was provided.
