I'm reaching out via this channel to express my disappointment with a persistent issue that has not been adequately resolved. My initial experience with your co-working space was quite positive – the office environment was agreeable and met my needs for the four months I utilized your services.
However, my experience took a negative turn after I cancelled my agreement. Despite completing the cancellation over six months ago, I am still receiving invoices, and there have been attempts to charge my card. This ongoing billing, despite no active service, is concerning and feels unethical.
It’s important for trust to be the foundation of any service, and this situation undermines that trust. I’d like to believe this is a misunderstanding or a system error rather than a deliberate act. Nevertheless, it has been a frustrating experience that has considerably tarnished my view of Regus.
I urge you to look into this matter promptly and rectify the billing errors to prevent any further inconvenience.
