Comfortable place to cath up with email when on the road. Reception staff was great and mega welcoming. Great location, strong connection etc.

Rented within this building for a year. Positive are the excellent and very supportive office managers (receptionists). and also clean and good facilities. Furthermore, they are in an easily accessible location. Negative is the (very) poorly accessible middle management that you see, for example in tenant selection, correction and daily management. Everything extra costs - in proportion to your rent - (too) much money. Renting a consultation room for a day costs, so to speak, 50% of your monthly rent. Finally, an administration fee of 20 euros is added to an invoice without batting an eyelid without any legal announcements if you pay a few days late. The response is: yes, you just have to pay with an authorization. So make sure you put everything down on paper with the location manager in advance and realize that everything costs extra (too) much money for the target group. Small(er) self-employed persons. Hence, unfortunately, the 2/5 rating.
